All hands on deck! This package focuses on all the details from start to finish to help relieve the stress of planning your wedding all on your own. We spend many months up to a year together to develop the envisioned theme/style and do the research to provide the required resources needed in order to execute all your wedding details!
We attend all meetings with you and your vendors, do walk throughs with you to find your perfect venue, and review all your contracts and agreements to confirm the logistics and maintain solid communication with your vendors throughout your months of planning. Monthly meetings are set to ensure you receive professional advice that you need during all planning stages along with unlimited communication.
This package can be customized to your needs depending on how far out you require help. Day of coordination will be included which means we’ll be by your side from when you start getting ready until the party is over!
Starting at $1,900
This service is for couples who have done most of their planning but need assistance on the day of their wedding to take the stress and worries off their shoulders! We set up decor for both the ceremony and reception to reflect your vision, all while ensuring your day runs smoothly.
We begin the process with a decor & designs consultation 5 months out, followed by a one month and a one week meeting prior to your wedding date. We will create your day of itinerary, coordinate and direct your ceremony rehearsal and we also take responsibility in communicating with all your vendors to ensure we’re all on the same page.
Starting at $2,500
It’s all in the details! This package could be the perfect addition to your coordination service but could also be booked on it’s own. We work on your envisioned theme/style that you dream for your wedding through sourcing and researching for vendors and designs that may be the best fit for your choice of theme/style. Details such as placement of decor and logical floor plans are created to ensure your design is fully executed to your liking!
You can also find savings as in-house decor and designs can be provided by us between signages and wedding favours at discounted prices. We work within your budget so you will always have say in what goes in and what goes out during the process. Set up and take down will be included - so sit back, relax and enjoy the beauty of your wedding!
